Our Story

From humble beginnings, opening as Waterline Café, a coffee and sandwich bar in the corner of the new Keppel Bay Marina building in 1996, The Waterline Restaurant as it is known today has forged a reputation for the best quality food and friendliest service on the coast.

It has taken three kitchen renovations, to grow the business to what it is today. The most recent in 2005 when Executive Chef Matt Smith joined the team and introduced evening dining, taking The Waterline Restaurant to the next level.
